Guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the check-in time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 48 working hours from the time the cancellation request is received. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.
